WONDERBED MATTRESS WARRANTY

10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:

WHO AND WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

Your new Wonderbed mattress is covered by a 10 Year Limited Warranty which commences on the date of delivery to your home.This Warranty is not transferable and covers your Wonderbed mattress only if ALL of the following conditions are met at the very point of recourse:

  • You, the customer, are the original purchaser of the Wonderbed mattress
  • You, the customer, am the current owner of the Wonderbed mattress
  • The Wonderbed mattress was purchased directly from Wonderbed or its authorized retailers.

OUR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS:

  • A visible level of dipping greater than one (1) inch (2.54cm) on the mattress, caused by body impression. This refers to a dipping that is visible when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress. Kindly note that Wonderbed mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface bed base (e.g., a frame or platform) that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and its user(s).
  • Any manufacturer defect in the mattress cover such as the fabric tearing, zipper assembly or stitching unraveling. Wonderbed may, at its sole discretion, repair or substitute the mattress cover.

OUR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVERS:

  • Any unsanitary condition or conditions caused by abusive activities.
  • Minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws such as uneven stitching, dented/dirty carton boxes.
  • Excluded damage includes but is not limited to stains, burns, tears, cuts, rips, smoke or water damage, soiled or unsanitary mattress  resulting from use by the customer
  • Structural damage due to use with an insufficient bed base/foundation, such as any slats or foundation with greater than two (2) inches (5cm) between slats or support beams.
  • Damage resulting from washing or drying the mattress cover.
  • Individual or personalised preferences relating to firmness, design, materials or comfort, etc.
  • Natural aroma from latex, cotton or foam, etc.

WHAT WILL WONDERBED DO?

  • Wonderbed will, at its sole discretion,  repair or replace the product or its material components (e.g. the mattress cover).
  • Wonderbed reserves the right to repair or replace your product.
  • Wonderbed reserves the right to offer you a refund or similar replacement if your item has been discontinued.
  • Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Wonderbed makes no medical or health representations regarding its mattresses. Allergies, discomfort, or other conditions, are not covered under this Warranty. Any medical or health concerns should be addressed by a licensed physician.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

  • Warranty is from date of purchase and does not start over from date of replacement or repair.
  • Customers are entitled to one free replacement or repair (at Wonderbed's discretion) per order.
  • Any further replacements will require customer to absorb the postage and handling fee which may vary subject to their location.
  • If disposal is required ,customers will be responsible for the removal of the faulty product

Your new Wonderbed topper is covered by a 10 Year Limited Warranty which commences on the date of delivery to your home.This Warranty is not transferable and covers your Wonderbed topper only if ALL of the following conditions are met at the very point of recourse:

  • You, the customer, am the current owner of the Wonderbed topper
  • The Wonderbed topper was purchased directly from Wonderbed or its authorized retailers.

OUR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVERS:

  • Any unsanitary condition or conditions caused by abusive activities.

  • Normal wear and tear that occurs over time.
